SOFC Other Services

The Student Organization Finance Center has many business resources available for Student Organization use. Most of these resources are free of charge and provide the organization with the tools needed to successfully manage their finances.

Other Financial Services

Locked Cash Boxes and Bags

Cash boxes and cash bags are available for use on loan from the SOFC and serve the purpose of providing organizations with a way to secure cash at sales sites. The boxes and bags can be reserved by calling or emailing the SOFC at 979.845.1114 or [email protected]. Once reserved, they can be picked up at the SOFC during normal business hours.

Other Business Services

Monthly Statements

Student Organization account activity is updated overnight each business day in the organization's Get Involved profile. Monthly account statements are published when each business month closes.

Computer Lab

A computer lab is available in Koldus 235 for student organization leadership to facilitate financial transactions and conduct organization business.

Work Room

The student work room is open for organization use during SOFC business hours. Basic office supplies, a copy machine, and deposit preparation materials, including currency and coin counters, are available free of charge.

Mail Service

Most organizations are assigned a mail slot in the SOFC to use as a mailing and shipping address. Your mail slot can be found in your organization's Get Involved profile. Checking your mailbox regularly is good practice, as deposit notices, checks, and other important organization business are delivered there. Ask an SOFC team member if you need assistance with your mail slot or mailing address.
