It can include guidelines, procedures, and expectations set by your organization, making it a very effective tool for training and transitioning new leaders. Click here to see a sample operations manual your organization could create. Generally, they include:

  1. Standard operating policies and procedures
  2. Event protocols
  3. Behavioral expectations
  4. Risk management procedures
  5. Organizational history
