The Staff Development & Strategic Initiatives team is StuAct’s hub for professional growth, connection and organizational excellence. This team provides comprehensive professional development and organizational support for full-time and graduate staff, fosters collaboration through departmental initiatives and leads efforts that align people and programs with the department’s vision and goals.

SD&SI welcomes and prepares new team members through a thoughtful onboarding process, offers targeted training and development for constituent groups and coordinates the Student Activities Organization Leadership Caucus, composed of more than 30 chief student leaders from a variety of recognized student organizations.
