#1 Register for an Intro to Strengths Workshop

Intro to Strengths is a facilitated workshop that can really enrich your understanding of the CliftonStrengths® philosophy and application. Please be sure to register for the workshop no later than 2 days prior to the workshop start date. Oh, and did we mention a CliftonStrengths® code is provided for FREE so you could complete the inventory on site? #2 Schedule a Strengths Round 2 Workshop

If you and your organization want to dig deeper into the world of CliftonStrengths®, request or attend a Strengths Round 2 workshop! Strengths Round 2 offers fun and interactive opportunities to learn more about your personal themes. Through conversations about careers, multiculturalism, and more, you will be able to use your knowledge of CliftonStrengths® in new and different ways. REGISTER ON MAROONLINK

Our Strengths Round 2 Workshops include:

How can you best utilize your knowledge of your CliftonStrengths® when job searching? This workshop will help students learn how to use their strengths to put their best foot forward in the interviewing process.

How do the characteristics valued by different cultures impact how people embrace and understand their strengths? Come discuss CliftonStrengths® through the lens of culture, and walk away with a new understanding of your own perspectives.

How does knowing and understanding your strengths impact your ability to lead? This workshop will help students learn how to utilize their CliftonStrengths® in order to work with and lead others more effectively.

How do your strengths help lead to finding the right service project? This workshop is designed to help students explore and identify how they can use their CliftonStrengths® to help them serve with purpose.

#3 Personalize a workshop to fit your group’s needs

If you want to use strengths to benefit your organization, classroom, staff, or executive team, you can make a request for an Intro to Strengths or a Strengths Round 2 workshop and let us tailor it to fit your group’s needs! We ask for all requests to be made at least 2 weeks prior to the preferred workshop date. Contact the Leadership & Service Center at 979-845-4878 to request a facilitator.
