University Vehicles
- A University faculty or staff member is required to accompany the organization on any travel for which a University vehicle is used.
- Contact Department of Student Activities Risk Management to reserve University cars or vans for an organizational trip.
- Or, contact your advisor to see if it is possible to rent these vehicles through their department.
- 12 passenger vans - $60/day
- Mini vans - $40/day
- Cars - $30/day
- $1000 deposit required on each vehicle that must be processed through the Student Organization cash account at the Student Organization Finance Center. (Approval to Charge form needs to be processed and turned in 48 hours before the day of rental begins. Sorry no personal checks accepted.)

- Contact Bus Operations at 845-1971 for information on chartering a University bus for a trip inside the State of Texas.
- Meet with Bus Operations in advance to plan the details of the journey
- Identify one member as the group's representative in dealing with the bus driver
