No-Fills is a business only conference held in January or February of each year. NCC's, RHA presidents, and NRHH Representatives attend this conference. All SWACURH member schools meet to discuss regional business, decide winners for over ten awards, elect next years SWACURH Regional Board of Directors, and have a bit of fun! The executive members of the Aggie Orientation Leader Program (AOLP) will be traveling to Fayetteville, Arkansas for the regional conference of the National Orientation Director's Association. This conference should be a learning experience for the students, and will allow them not only to network with other schools and to promote Texas A&M University, but will also provide the chance to demonstrate their particular strengths by presenting educational sessions at the conference. The students will learn new and innovative approaches to allow them to better serve our incoming students here at our own university.

Sponsored by the Aggie Recruitment Committee, Whoopin' Weekend is a three-day conference which provides high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors with the opportunity to experience Aggieland. Students attending the conference will tour the campus, meet with deprtmental advisors, attend a lecture-style class, stay in on-campus residence halls, learn Aggie traditions, and attend an A&M baseball game.

Ten students from Texas A&M have been selected to attend the Center for Ethical Leadership Conference in the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas in Austin. The purpose of the 2008 Student Leadership Conference is to develop the leadership potential of undergraduate students currently enrolled in higher education. The conference goals to fulfill this purose are to: 1. Inspire young men and women to seek or accept leadership responsibilities as part of their contribution to society; 2. Increase awareness of current and merging leadership challenges in a variety of settings; 3. Develop a network of younger leaders to support future collaboration among these emerging leaders.

SCOLA is a conference dedicated to the leadership empowerment among Latinos. The conference creates a platform in which students from diverse backgrounds can come together and discuss thought-provoking issues affecting the Latino culture. This year we have the honor of bringing to the Texas A&M Universitiy campus Retired Col. Consuelo Castillo Kickbush, who was the highest ranking female in the military and focuses on inspiring leadership among young Americans. Along with Col. Castillo Kickbush, we will be bringing Representative Rick Noriega, one of the MSC CAMAC founders, Mr Daniel Hernandez, and Dr. Edward Murgia. The Taekwondo Club will travel to the National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships. Stanford University is proud to host the 2008 National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships on April 25-26, 2008. The competition includes poomsae and sparring for black and color belts. These championships are the first qualification tournament for student athletes (black belt sparring competitors only) interested in earning a spot on 2008 US National Collegiate Taekwondo Team, which will compete at the 10th World University Taekwondo Championships in Belgrade. This competition will help the Taekwondo Club to remain a recognized nationally-ranked team and be able to compete at the international level as well and represent the United States, as well as Texas A&M University!
