We are Delegates Coordinators for the Gilbert Leadership Conference(GLC) and want to let you know about this great opportunity available to freshmen.GLC is a four-day conference in Houston featuring:·
Guest Speakers and programs, focusing on leadership, service, and character
Great dining and entertainment in Houston
A unique service project
2 Nights with a Host family and a third night in a Hotel (home cooked dinner and breakfast)
Networking with 32 other freshmen delegates and the staff (opening up the door for you to be aware of different opportunities to serve and lead on campus)
This is a great first addition to your new college resume!
If you're interested in a freshmen experience without feeling over-committed, consider applying for GLC. We have a few meetings and socials before the conference and then we will be in Houston November 12th-15th. This conference was our favorite freshmen experience.
