New Event Planning Process

We are excited to announce that the new online Event Planning process is up and running! To submit an Event Planning form, you no longer need a paper form. Under your student organization's profile on StuAct Online, there is now a link to the online form under the "Resources" tab on the right side of the page. You can also directly access the Event Planning Form here.

After you submit the form, it will automatically go to your advisor for review and approval before coming to the Department of Student Activities.  Also, 48 hours after the conclusion of the event, you will receive an automated email asking you to add post-event evaluation information to the form.  All future officers and advisors for the organization will be able to see old forms and evaluations, so please add your assessment after the event!
