#1 Take the StrengthsFinder Inventory

In order to find out your top 5 strengths, you need to take the official online StrengthsFinder Inventory. If taking the inventory on your own, codes can be purchased for $12.50 + tax (total $13.53) per code. If you are ready to jump in feet first and learn about your strengths along with your peers, check out Step #2 where you can attend an Intro to Strengths Workshop and receive a StrengthsFinder code for free! Please note that books are no longer available for purchase. Codes can be purchased here

#2 Register for an Intro to Strengths Workshop

Intro to Strengths is a facilitated workshop that can really enrich your understanding of the Strengths philosophy and application. Please be sure to register for the workshop no later than 2 days prior to the workshop start date. #3 Schedule a Strengths Round 2 Workshop

If you and your organization want to dig deeper into the world of Strengths, request or attend a Strengths Round 2 workshop! Strengths Round 2 offers fun and interactive opportunities to learn more about your personal themes. Through conversations about careers, multiculturalism, and more, you will be able to use your knowledge of StrengthsQuest in new and different ways. Register on MaroonLink

How does knowing and understanding your Strengths impact your ability to lead? This workshop will help students learn how to utilize their Strengths in order to work with and lead others more effectively.

How do your Strengths help lead to finding the right service project? This workshop is designed to help students explore and identify how they can use their Strengths to help them serve with purpose.

#4 Personalize a workshop to fit your group’s needs

If you want to use strengths to benefit your organization, classroom, staff, or executive team, you can make a request for an Intro to Strengths or a Strengths Round 2 workshop and let us tailor it to fit your group’s needs! Disclaimer: in order to schedule a workshop, you have to take the Clifton StrengthsFinder inventory prior to the workshop (see step #1). If you are with a student organization, a class, or other groups, all members of the group need to take the test before the workshop.
