
Margaret Rudder Community Service Award
Mission: The Margaret Rudder Service Award seeks to recognize and award those who significantly impact their community and, as a result, are themselves impacted by that contribution. This award is designed to inspire student volunteerism on a continual basis, encouraging the utilization of various service organizations and the Leadership and Service Center. Eligibility: Applicants shall have completed one semester at Texas A&M University at the time of application. They must be full-time students in a degree-granting course of study, be in good academic standing, and have a satisfactory conduct record. They cannot be on academic or other probation. Awards: Awards of up to $500 will be presented without regard to academic classification. Applications are due March 7, 2008. Recipients will be notified March 28, 2008 and awards will be presented Sunday, April 13, 2008 during the Parents’ Weekend All University Awards Ceremony. 2007-2008 Margaret Rudder Community Service Award Recipients
Applications and NominationsWe invite you to apply for the Margaret Rudder Community Service Award. Complete applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2008 to the Student Activities Reception Desk in 125 Koldus. The online portion of the application can be completed here.
