Learning To Lead

About the Program

The mission of the Learning to Lead Program is to provide students with an intentional, structured training opportunity that will expose students to the concepts of leadership theory, skills and application.

The program strives to encourage students to develop their own leadership philosophy through education, training, and personal development. Participant activities which cultivate such learning include a ropes course, various personality profiles and typologies, and numerous interactive presentations by leadership scholars from across campus.
