We promote active citizenship in a student-focused environment through programs and resources that advocate awareness of social issues and foster discussion, reflection and action. We facilitate this through partnerships with academic colleagues, community agencies, student organizations and through individual interactions.

To extend this understanding to practice, the Leadership and Service Center uses the Active Citizenship Continuum as a guide for our work with students.
