This exemption application and the consent to disclose student records form must be filled out in entirety by the student seeking an exemption from an elgibility deficiency that precludes him or her from holding office in an officially recognized student organization at Texas A&M University.  The application and consent form must be turned in to the GPR Coordinator in the Department of Student Activities, 125 Koldus.
