Freshman Opportunities

ATMentors

Looking for a mentor? Just need someone to talk to? Keep an eye out for ATMentors all across campus. ATMentors are TAMU faculty, staff, and administrators who volunteer extra office hours to make themselves available to students who just want to talk to someone.

You can find ATMentors by looking for a sign posted outside of their door marking them as ATMentors or contact ATMentors through email at ATMentors@tamu.edu. For more information on ATMentors, visit http://atmentors.tamu.edu/

High School Leadership Conference Hosting

High School Leadership Conference (HSLC) is a conference that provides a chance for 120 high school juniors and seniors to come to Texas A&M and learn more about leadership through workshops, speakers, and small group discussions. It is our hope that these students can then take what they have learned and apply it at their high school, in their hometown, and on into their future college careers.
