Camps Online Application
The camps application process is now available through StuAct Online; please click the link below to start a new application! We request that you submit your application at least 6 to 8 weeks prior to the starting date of your event, to ensure timely completion of the extensive review and approval process and acquisition of insurance for your program.
WARNING: Do NOT leave the program application open on your desktop overnight as your data will be lost. You should receive the following confirmation statement after the application has been submitted: "Your submission was successfully sent. Thank you!"

***NOTE*** Claims forms must be submitted to the carrier within 90 days of the date of the incident. Part A will need to completed by the Camp or Program Sponsor and submitted to the carrier. Part B will need to completed by the injured participants' parent/guardian and submitted to the carrier. It is the responsibility of the Camp or Program Sponsor to provide the parent/guardian with Part B of the Claim form. It will be the responsibility of the parent to submit the form at that point.
