Camps using charter transportation services other than TAMU Transportation Services should determine if the charter service is registered with the university. If the charter service is not registered, camp sponsors should provide the charter company with the Charter Service Information Request form, and contact the Risk Management team in the Department of Student Activities at (979) 458-4371 for further information.
