High School Leadership Conference (HSLC) is a conference that provides a chance for 120 high school juniors and seniors to come to Texas A&M and learn more about leadership through workshops, speakers, and small group discussions. It is our hope that these students can then take what they have learned and apply it at their high school, in their hometown, and on into their future college careers.

“It’s Time” is an LGBT Conference to be held on the Texas A&M University Campus on March 31st and April 1st of 2010 commemorating the 25th anniversary of the United States Supreme Court decision that forced Texas A&M University to recognize the Gay Student Services as an official student organization.  The conference is free and open to the public.

This year TAMU is co-hosting with MSC TownHall a concert called Voices of the Past and Present with performances by Charlie Gore and Max Stalling along with personal stories from various veterans of the past wars. This concert will be on Veteran's Day November 11th at Rudder Theater.

Bonfire Rememberance Week will be held November 13-18, 2009. Programs include a candlelight vigil and a rememberance program. In addition, posters and t-shirts will be sold to support the Bonfire Memorial. For more information visit, www.bonfire.tamu.edu.
