The Department of Student Activities has several meeting rooms, all located in Koldus, of varying sizes available for use by recognized student organizations.
There is no charge to Texas A&M Staff, Faculty or Students, but a reservation is required. Non-University-affiliated groups will be charged a fee.

- There are no set timeframes for scheduling during the daytime work hours.

Hours of Operation
- Monday through Thursday: 7:30am - 10:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
- Sunday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
